The Account Library was a rejected add-in. Once activated, the add-in automatically logs the user into a random account (by 'guessing/testing' their password). As good as all of these accounts were (non-rare) non-members that have names like Yellow13, Billybob24, Cheese44, Jake63, Football14 etc. Many of the accounts the account library let the user go on were banned forever, which was the largest disadvantage of the add-in.
Because of the add-in's low usefulness and advantage, it only lasted for 4 days and was then permanently removed. The add-in might also have been removed because it automatically starts (without asking permission) on a user's CuP, directly after starting CuP or for other errors which were present.
When using the add-in, your Cloud Penguin had to be set to start at the login screen and not at the start screen (you can change this under 'Settings').
The primary purpose of this add-in was easily finding (new) test accounts that are since long unused, instead of having to use your main account.
How the add-in worked[]
The add-in worked by a simple principle/'algorythm' with no official name that can be called 'Account fishing'. The main idea is simple. You take a random word or name, for example the word 'Fish'. Now you try to login to 'Fish1' with the password as 'fish'. If it doesn't work try Fish2. If that doesn't work, try Fish3. If it still doesn't work try Fish4. etc... until you can get a working account. This method has proven to be very effective in the past because back then it was common (for convenience) that users had their username (without a number, if any). For example, the password of a user called 'Green42' could have been simply 'green'.
This add-in simply automatized this method, it has a set of words it tries by adding numbers at the end and putting in the passwords. Some malicious/bug code may have been found, so it was rejected.
The major disadvantage of this method, especially when it used nowadays, was that many accounts have already been password-guessed, and often also banned forever. Additionally, it is now no longer possible to create a penguin of which the username and password are the same (ex. username: Johnny33 password: johnny). Attempting to do so on the account creation page will not let you make the account and tell you that such a password is too easy too guess.
